On 8th October, we celebrated International Day for Older People with an all-day event of classes, activities and the opportunity to socialise. With over 100 people visiting, and 76 individual class attendances, the day was a roaring success and enjoyed by all.
The Lambeth Wellbeing Bus is always a welcome sight, and the team were kept busy offering health checks, giving advice and signposting to service providers around the borough.

Nutrition coach, Dan Kirk said:
