The Black Prince Trust are delighted to announce a new partnership with The Well Centre – a health hub for young people aged 11-20 in Lambeth and Wandsworth.
Our new partnership will provide opportunities for young people aged 11-20 to receive a FREE and confidential 1:1 session with a Health and Wellbeing Practitioner who can provide support with mental and physical health, as well as referrals onto community support.
To qualify, all people aged 11-20 must be registered at the following GP practices:
- The South Lambeth Road Practice
- Hurley & Riverside Practice
- Waterloo Health Centre
- The Vauxhall Surgery
- Mawbey Group Practice
- Lambeth Walk Group Practice
These sessions will occur every 2nd and 4th Monday of the month, starting February 26th, from 5pm-6pm and will take place in the Lounge at Black Prince Trust, 5 Beaufoy Walk, Off Black Prince Road, Lambeth, London, SE11 6AA.
There is no need to pre-book these sessions which will last 20-minutes, however, please be aware there may be a short wait if there is already someone in a session.
